

Dining Room at Flag Hill
Flag Hill, along with chef Ted McCormack, introduces a new style of dinners in the Flag Hill Dining Room. Dinners feature a Regional New England Cuisine, the vast majority of ingredients coming from local farms and producers. As a company, Flag Hill has always strived to feature and support local artisians, products, organizations, agriculture, and business. It is with this idea that together Flag Hill and chef Ted McCormack present a monthly schedule of dinners at the Flag Hill Dining Room that focus on the wonderful and varied flavor of foods that can be procured locally, sometimes right in your own back yard.

Chef Ted McCormack

Ted is currently working with local producers to bring fine New England Cuisine to the Flag Hill Dining Room at Flag Hill. In years prior Ted has worked in other fine New Hampshire establishments, displayed his culinary skills in France, Nevada, and even perfected his BBQ skills in Arkansas. Flag Hill is proud to feature this excellent talent in our Flag Hill Dining Room.
Chef Ted McCormack has an extensive list of local producers he has been supporting for several years and is now creating weekly Localvore Menus for the Flag Hill Dining Room to celebrate the best of what is "in season."
