Flag Hill Distillery: SUGAR MAPLE LIQUEUR

NH Maple Sugar First: What better product to use in keeping with great local products than NH Maple Sugar.  NH produces close to 90,000 gallons of maple syrup a year and is the primary ingredient in our Sugar Maple Liqueur.  We use 100% Grade A amber maple syrup - no artificial flavoring here !!  We purchase maple syrup from Littleton, NH several times a year to produce a liqueur with a unique maple flavor unlike any other you'll find on the store shelves.

Neutral Spirits Next: A calculated amount of neutral spirits, including our General John Stark Vodka, and distilled water are added to the blending tank.  Combined, these ingredients produce a unique liqueur that aptly presents the sweet flavor of maple syrup balanced with the base of the product, General John Stark Vodka.

Blending Them: A special tank, called a blending tank, is used to combine the ingredients for our liqueurs.  A blending tank is specially designed such that the ingredients being pumped into the tank are forced to mix or blend together, rather than create a vortex in the tank (due to the pressure of pumping in the ingredients) which would inhibit the ingredients from blending together.
