Flag Hill Winery: Harvest Fest

Each year, the harvest is brought in by community effort-a tradition begun by the Reinholds in 1995. Volunteers harvest over 1 to 2 weekends in September & early to mid October help to bring in the grapes using their own pruners to clip the sun-ripened grapes.

Can We Help You Harvest in 2011?

Add your email to the 2011 Harvest Email Notification List.
(If you have separate email addresses for daytime and evening hours, we suggest you send both as we will not know exactly when the email will go out.) 

You do not need to add your email each year.  If you were on the list last year, then you are on the list this year.  Unless you remove your email address from the list yourself (or change it and do not alert us), your email address will be on the list each year.

The potential weekends for Harvest 2011 are listed below, however keep in mind that we will not know how many or which of the weekends will be actual harvest days until about the 2nd-early 3rd week of September.  Possible weekends: 9/24 & 9/25, 10/1 & 10/2, 10/8 & 10/9 and 10/15 & 10/16.

1-3 weeks prior to the harvest we will email EVERYONE on the list. Those that respond back AND with all the correct information as requested in the Harvest Notification email will get signed up for one of the dates.  We will fill up all available space for each of the dates that we determine will be harvesting days on a first come-first serve basis. If your email address changes, you will need to let us know. We hope this is a fairer process, though many of you have done the harvest year after year, there are hundreds of people we turn away annually. We'd like to give all folks a chance to be a part of our special vineyard experience.
