Our menus at Flag Hill are designed by our Executive Chef. We feature many popular wedding favorites, however custom designed menus can be created to suit your special or unique desires.

Our most popular banquet menu (Red & White Blend) is presented buffet style. Substitution choices and costs are presented and many can be done either buffet or plated. Additionally we have created some add-on pre-set packaging for other popular choices for a wedding, however custom packages can be designed to meet your specific needs.
